Repairs - We know that your phones are a valuable part of your everyday life, so we make every effort to have your phone fixed fast, in most cases while you wait. So if you have a broken antenna, broken LCD, or broken charge ports you name it and we will do our best to fix it! Most repairs can be done while you wait and usually within the hour!
Liquid Damage - Don’t panic! Aus-Tex PCS provides a 24-hour cleaning process for all liquid damaged phones. We will do try our best efforts to revive your phone and make it functional again. Even though we can’t guarantee that all our phones have been successfully treated, we leave you the option of paying for the service we provided ($35-$45 depending on phone type) or just leaving us your non-functional phone for proper disposal with no cost to you.
Phone Transfers - Part of the hassle of getting a new phone is changing your phone book and contacts over. For a small fee we eliminate that tedious task and do it in about 20 minutes. As long as both phones power on, this data transfer can be done on most phones.
Hands-free Installation - We offer a wide variety of hands free car kits, both wired and wireless, to help you communicate more safely and efficiently. We also offer repeaters and boosters for stronger signal strength if you leave in low signal areas. Phone Flashing – Most unlocked phones are not fully functional with your particular carrier. You will be able to make phone calls and text message but if you want to access the Internet or send pictures you have to have certain settings on your phone. For certain phone models Aus-Tex PCS offers phone flashing in order to make your unlocked phone fully functional with your carrier. This service is only available for particular phone models. Phone Unlocking – Unlocking your phone is when you remove SIM restrictions on a carrier’s phone. For example if you have a Cingular phone and want to use it with T-Mobile then we can remove the restriction on that phone so you can insert your T-Mobile SIM card. OEM cell parts – Aus-Tex PCS has a wide variety of OEM cell parts for Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, Sanyo, and LG. So if you’re looking for a particular part I’m sure we have it or we can get it for you!
CDMA – Aus-Tex PCS will flash CDMA phones to work with another CDMA phone carrier (Verizon, Sprint, Cricket, Metro PCS). Call us for more information.
