A: We can only accept Sprint payments and they must be made in cash.

A: Yes, we buy back phones, but we must see them in order to estimate their value.
Q: Does anyone speak Spanish?
A: At least half of our entire staff speaks Spanish.
Q: Can you check my credit over the phone?
A: We cannot check over the phone, there are too many fraud and safety concerns that are compromised while transacting over the phone.
Q: Can you give a repair quote over the phone?
A: We must inspect the damage with our equipment to give an accurate price quote.
